I woke up this morning to find a few more inches of snow covering everything - and I had flashbacks to the nightmare drive to work last year.  I've found that it's not the roads that make driving a challenge, it's the other drivers that make it a challenge.  There's something about the snow that causes people to forget how to drive... or be courteous... usually...

Today was a pleasant surprise!

As I was driving in this morning I saw people stopping when the lights turned yellow, allowing other drivers to cut into the line of traffic ahead of them, and even stopping to allow a pedestrian to cross the road so she could avoid the plowed up snow bank.  It was amazing!  Drivers were putting politeness ahead of their schedules and everyone made it to their destinations safely.

The snow was a little late for Christmas... but it wasn't too late for a Christmas miracle!
