It Looked Like a Parrot at First
A friend of mine is setting up a web site and he asked me to design a logo for it. I can't really go into details about what the web site is about (since it's not my place and I don't want to step on his toes - trust me though, it sounds like a site I'll be visiting a lot), but I've been working on three different ideas all week. I finally put the finishing touches together and shipped them off, but I couldn't resist posting this one because I think it looks fun (and I wanted to provide proof that I'm not sitting around twiddling my thumbs while I wait for a job):
*Originally, the chicken was all green and I thought it looked too much like a parrot. A quick trip outside to clear my head and I came up with this solution: a white bird with green tints - I think it works!
And while we're on the subject, I'm still looking for a job and I'm doing freelance work... if you know anyone who's hiring (in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area) or if you have a freelance project you've been itching to see done, let me know.
