Somehow I've gotten involved with a project where a local church is trying to reach out to their community, and they've decided to do it with art.  The event will include opportunities for people to experiment with different mediums (acrylic paint, watercolor, crayons and chalk) as well as refreshments and an exhibit.

That's where my Resolution comes in:

I resolved to exhibit my work before the year was over, and I'll be doing it just in the nick of time!  The event is called "Drawn Together" and it will take place on November 5, from 7:00-9:30 at Church of the Holy SpiritSong in Wilton Manors.  I won't be the only one showing that evening, but I'm hopeful that at the very least it will get me to start creating pieces to exhibit and it could potentially get me noticed by someone who wants to finance my artistic career!

... So now I have to figure out what I'm going to make...
